Common questions
I cannot access my next day
Check that you have completed the current day and that you are signed in using the same email address you used when creating your Pursuit account.
Close and reopen the app, then check your progress again. If the next day is still unavailable, contact us and tell us which day you have completed.
My progress or journal entry is missing
Make sure you are signed into the correct account. If your progress still does not appear, please contact us before starting another Pursuit.
I am having trouble signing in
Return to the sign-in screen and follow the instructions using the email address connected to your account.
If you still cannot access your account, contact us using the form above.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in The Pursuit and select the account deletion option.
Please be aware that deleting your account may permanently remove your saved progress and journal entries.
Can I suggest an improvement?
Absolutely. Feedback and feature suggestions are welcome. Use the contact form or email thepursuit@emebassey.com.
